Remove loose hair before washing. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry thoroughly; follow the care label. Check that the item fits your machine without compressing it. Do not bleach.

Will it cover my whole sofa?
It covers only the area beneath the selected size. Measure your seat and compare it with the size table before ordering.
Is this suitable for a pet that chews?
This is a soft textile bed or mat, not a chew toy. Supervise use and remove it if your pet damages the fabric or exposes the filling.
Will the backing keep it in place?
The grip backing helps reduce movement. Performance varies with the surface and your pet's activity; check and reposition it as needed.
When will my order arrive?

What if I need to return it?
For eligible voluntary non-quality returns, contact us and hand the parcel to the carrier within 7 calendar days after delivery.
